Many thanks to founder/developer Tom Unkefer, of Nomadic Technologies, for agreeing to publicly release this application as freeware. Special thanks also to Dan Padilla, for transforming a few fragments of Basic code into a new script that allows NProject to run without expiring. 

***  If you install the NProjReg.pkg file, the software will not expire!  ***

Through Mr. Unkefer's extreme generosity, you can now download and use a non-expiring version of NProject, absolutely free. Using this software, however, is a privelege, not an absolute right. Please treat this software with respect and appreciation.

Depending on which archive you downloaded from and when you downloaded it, you may not have the latest version of N*Project. Please search the www.newtontalk.net postings for the latest information.


Installation
------------
Nothing fancy here.  You need a Newton with OS2.0 or later and about 300KB or storge space available to install.

You'll find these Newton packages:

     NProj.pkg
     NProjReg.pkg
     NPHelp.pkg
     NPChart.pkg
     NPText.pkg

The first is N*Project's main application.  
The second is the unlocker file that transforms the demo software into the full version.
The third file is the context-sensitive help extension for N*Project. 
The final two files are print/fax extensions.

Just use your Newton Backup Utility(NBU), Newton Connection Utility (NCU), or Newton Package Installer(NPI) to move the two packages to your Newton.

Finally, read the NP_Docs.pdf user guide file, for helpful information on how to get the most out of NProject.
